15 Best International Channel Bundles for Cord-cutting

When it comes to streaming, DirecTV has one of the most comprehensive sports bundles out there. Not only does it cover the essential live channels like NFL Redzone, NBA TV, and MLB Network, it also has over 30 out-of-market RSNs and multiple channels that cover specialty sports and top collegiate teams. The bundle itself costs $15/month, but needless to say, you need to be subscribed to one of DirecTV's packages, which start at $89.99/month, to purchase it. Do note that some of DirecTV's base packages already include some of the channels in this sports bundle, so make sure you double-check the channel lineup below to avoid too many overlaps.

Spectrum TV Latino is a live TV streaming plan that Hispanic customers of Spectrum Internet can either purchase as a standalone or add to an existing Spectrum Stream TV plan. Unlike the latter, however, Spectrum TV Latino has sports channels, including beIN Sports en Español and TUDN. Other notable channels include Univision, Bandamax, UniMás, Discovery en Español, and in select markets, Telemundo. The package is $25/month (excluding tax) and is compatible with major streaming devices, though it might not work as well on Sony and Amazon Fire TVs.

Sling TV’s Mandarin pack, priced at $15/month, comes with more than 20 channels from Mainland China. It has everything from big entertainment networks like CCTV, China Movie Channel, and Jubao to regional ones like Hunan TV and Zhejiang TV. There you can access Chinese dramas, variety shows, news, and sports  both live and on-demand. Like all of Sling’s international plans, Sling TV Mandarin allows up to 3 simultaneous streams and an 8-hour replay in case you missed anything live. And like all Sling plans, it comes with free cloud DVR, capped at 50 hours.

For French expats in the US, the Sling TV French Pack covers all the bases from back home. To name a few, it has TV5Monde, beIN Sports, and France 24 for news, live sports, entertainment, lifestyle, and kid-friendly content. The French Pack also gives you access to TV5MONDEplus so you can watch films and TV shows on-demand. Like all the other international packs, you don't have to purchase a Sling base plan to get the French Pack; you can pay for it as a standalone for $15/month or at a discounted $150/year. You could bundle it with Sling Orange + Blue, but note that the French Pack already comes with 600 free live channels via Sling Freestream. You can try the French pack for free for 7 days.

Sling TV's Desi Pack features both live and on-demand content from channels like Star Plus, SonyLIV, and notably for sports fans, Willow TV. They’re available in a variety of languages, including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam and they come in two tiers: Desi Binge, which is $10/month and excludes sports channel Willow, and Desi Binge, which is $15/month and includes Willow TV and its HD counterpart. Like all Sling TV international packs, the Desi pack allows for 3 simultaneous streams. 

Sling TV’s Brazilian streaming pack comes in four tiers. The cheapest, “Globo + Globoplay,” offers just that: live news, live sports, and the latest episodes of your favorite novela on Globo, as well as on-demand access to Globoplay, for $13.99/month. The next two tiers are pricier but they carry more channels, including RecordTV, beIN Sports, and SBT. They also let you watch games like Brasileirão 2024 & Copa do Brasil live. Sling offers these tiers for half the price for the first month. The final tier is a bundle with Sling Orange + Blue, also discounted for almost half the price for the first month. All tiers allow up to 3 simultaneous streams.

The Sling Ala Keifak pack is one three Arabic live TV plans Sling offers. It carries 80 live channels spanning sports, news, entertainment, and music. There are channels from Lebanon, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Palestine, Morocco, and the greater pan-Arab region. The Ala Keifak pack costs $17.99/month, but Sling also offers the much cheaper Al Maalem add-on if you're on a budget and the more expensive Al Ostoura add-on if you're willing to shell out for more channels. The Ala Keifak pack also has on-demand titles from LBCI, ART Aflam, and Sling's own catalog of Arabic films. You can order Sling TV’s Arabic plans ala carte, but if you’d like more US channels, then you can stack it on top of base Sling Orange or Blue plan.

Sling TV's Dashkin Flex Extra is an add-on pack that carries more than 10 South Asian channels, including Simply South, Hotstar, and of course, Willow, which will host the ICC Men's T20 World Cup along with top leagues and major events. You can watch all these on your Sling guide and any other device you have the Sling app. The Dashkin Flex is one of the many extras Sling provides for Desi and international content.

If you're an Xfinity internet customer, then you're eligible to subscribe to Now TV Latino, a Spanish-language live TV package that can be added to your bill for an extra $10/month. The package has 25+ channels that cover all bases, including films and TV shows via channels like Cinelatino and Sony Cine; news via channels like Estrella News, Caracol Televisión, and your local Telemundo channel; and live sports via Peacock Premium, which comes included at no additional cost. Like all Now TV plans, Now TV Latino comes with 20 hours of DVR and zero contracts, so you can cancel anytime you want. You can also bundle Now TV Latino with other Now TV plans like StreamSaver, which has Netflix and Apple TV+.

In our book, Hulu is already up there when it comes to Hispanic-friendly streaming services. It spotlights Latin American-made content and makes those titles easy to find on their platform. But if you want to improve the experience, then you can check out the Español Add-on, which adds Spanish live TV channels to your current lineup so you're updated on Latin American news, entertainment, and sports. At the moment, the add-on costs $4.99/month, so prices start at $86.98/month when combined with Hulu with Live TV plans.

Cord-cutters only interested in Spanish-language content will find much to like in Fubo Latino. Instead of the usual lineup, the Latino plan carries more than 65 channels in Spanish, including Unimas, Univision, BeinSports, Nat Geo Mundo, Sony Cine, and Discovery en Español. And since Fubo started as a soccer streaming service, it also has live sporting events featuring leagues like the UEFA Champions League, Bundesliga, and MLS. At only $33/month, it's Fubo's most affordable plan yet, but it still has base features like 250 hours worth of cloud DVR and two simultaneous streams. If you already have a Fubo base plan, Fubo also offers these channels as an add-on for $20/month.

Like most live TV streaming services, DirecTV Stream has a dedicated plan for Latino live channels: this one is called Óptimo Más, currently priced at $86.99/month. It offers all the same perks as other DirecTV Stream plans, including a 5-day free trial, unlimited simultaneous streams, and unlimited DVR, but its 100-channel lineup is more or less split into two, English and Spanish. Among the English channels are CNN, Nickelodeon, USA, Disney Channel, and AMC, while some notable Spanish channels include Univision, TUDN, Cine Estelar, De Pelicula, Antena 3, and TyC Sports. If you prefer DirecTV Stream's other plans, like Choice or Ultimate, you can opt for DirecTV Stream's Spanish add-on—the sports-oriented Deportes, which costs $5/month, and the entertainment-focused Español, which costs $15/month.

DirecTV Stream's Vietnamese Add-on pack, currently priced at $20/month, is one of the few Vietnamese streaming packages currently available. It has a wide range of channels, including SBTN, Vietface, VGN TV, Vien Thao TV, and TViet, so you can be sure to get the latest news, sports, TV episodes, and films from the country. This is only available as an add-on, so you'd have to pair it with one of DirecTV Stream's base plans, which start at $101.98/month.

Korean films and TV shows have never been more available than they are today. A quick scan of Netflix, Prime, and Disney+ catalogs will show you a wealth of K-dramas, K-pop documentaries, and even Korean variety shows. But if you're looking for more, DirecTV Stream's Korean add-on just might be for you. The bundle has channels like MBC, SBS, and YTN to keep you updated on live news, sports, and the latest episodes of your favorite shows. It also has KBS America and Arirang TV for some English-language content. The add-on costs $30/month, but you'll have to select one of DirecTV Stream's base plans to purchase it. Since prices start at $101.98, the DirecTV Stream + Korean Add-on bundle will cost you a total of $133/month, plus taxes.

This add-on from DirecTV Stream may just have two channels, but it's the two of the biggest ones you'll find in Brazil. SporTV covers major sporting events and programs, while Globo has everything else: live news, telenovelas, documentaries, variety shows, and more. The add-on costs $30/month, but you'll need a base DirecTV Stream plan to purchase it, which means this bundle will cost you $131.98/month plus taxes. It's quite steep, but considering DirecTV Stream has some of the most comprehensive plans in the market, it could be worth it, depending on your needs.
