Miss Adrenaline: A Tale of Twins isn’t exactly terrible, but the series isn’t something new. Alternatively known as Romina Poderosa, the show’s plot points are telenovela mainstays without anything new to say. This series has all the twin tropes: The secret twin. One rich, one poor. Both tragically separated at birth for reasons unknown.
With Romina’s biking, there could have been cool stunts and unique escape scenes that mark it different from car chases. However, Miss Adrenaline doesn’t establish the twin chemistry that would make us care about Romina’s succeeding revenge plot. And as Romina impersonates her twin, the show snuffed its chances for further spectacular bike stunts.
Synopsis
A competitive biker takes the identity of her long-lost identical twin sister to bring her killers to justice and get the truth behind their separation.
Storyline
After biker Romina Páez (Juanita Molina) wins her competition, her interview is seen by rich baker Laura Vélez, who looks exactly like her. As the two meet, they uncover their secret twin past… as well as the loan sharks who are out to get Romina.

What stands out
Miss Adrenaline has precisely the sort of high stakes drama familiar to any telenovela fan, but while the show doesn’t establish great chemistry between its twins, the drama is matched with equally dramatic cinematography. I wasn’t expecting to see a kiss scene reflected in the eye of a horse, but I certainly remembered it, even if I can’t remember or explain why Romina was there in the first place. And of course, in the twin’s reunion, there’s a lovely circle shot revolving around the twins and their mothers as they embrace. Scenes like this make the series bingeable, even if some emotional beats don’t hit.
That kiss scene through the Horse’s eye was Great! because it Solidified that the Love Whiz and Romina developed for each other was Special…Someone asked Why were they at the Stable for a date? In my opinion, it was Whiz’s way of Introducing Romi to his World, he was not trying to put on a fancy show, to over impress her, he was just being Real…
I Agree with the statement; This is a tale of a Twin, not of Twins…the Writers can still make a Comeback, because the show definitely has a certain Energy, a season 3 would be a Great Hit! The Don tries to cause trouble from Jail, Romina’s Mother Survived, Bakery Open…Whiz and Romina can’t stop thinking about each other…
