2016 Movie
Dir. Oriol Paulo · Spain · Spanish
This movie is like thriller-candy. It is full of twists, it is very atmospheric, and in nicely predictable fashion it will deliver that excitement rush we (most of us) love. Accused of murder, a wealthy entrepreneur hires the best witness preparation expert he can find. They have three hours before the trial to come up with the most solid, plausible defence. But ?, a new witness surfaces. Don’t expect anything overly original, but expect to be entertained.
Barcelona, Spain. Adrián Doria, a young and successful businessman accused of murder, meets one night with Virginia Goodman, an expert interrogation lawyer, in order to devise a defense strategy.

Bilal Zouheir is the founder of A Good Movie to Watch. He is US-based and a member of the Nevada Film Critics Society. He grew up in Morocco, where he learned English from watching movies. Bilal's work with A Good Movie to Watch is focused on offering an alternative to streaming algorithms, which are often used as commercial tools by streaming services.
The director Oriol Paulo is also known for El Cuerpo and Los ojos de Julia. He’s a suspense torturer capable of taking a story so simple like the one here and making a complex thriller out of it. He writes and directs all his movies – a true talent.
EXCELLENT MOVIE! What else is there to say… Brilliant actors, brilliant directing, brilliant story.. a true gem.
If you can’t find it on Netflix, the English title is The Invisible Guest 🙂
Loved this movie – had me from beginning to end.
