Fubo Password Sharing Policy Explained

Updated on April 6, 2026 • By Isabella Endrinal

Do you share your streaming account with other people? It makes sense to share your plan with whoever’s living with you, but on occasion, some users share their accounts with people outside their home, such as kids going to college, or relatives moving out of state. Users like these have to know if the plan they’ve been on can still be shared with them after the move, otherwise they would have to look for another plan.

Luckily for Fubo users, this isn’t a problem. All Fubo plans currently allow at least one other device to stream simultaneously. On all English-language plans, you can stream up to ten devices at once in your own home, as well as three mobile devices outside. There are, however, some key restrictions that Fubo users need to know before sharing a plan. In this article, we listed down some of the questions you might have and answered them based on the available information on their help page, terms of use, and user reports.

Can you share your Fubo password with others?

Yes, you can share your Fubo password with another person.

That said, Fubo doesn’t really recommend sharing your password, due to the potential security risk. We’ll explain the details you’ll need to know before sharing your password.

Who can share their Fubo password?

According to the Fubo Help Center, all Fubo subscribers can share their password to more than one device.

For subscribers of English-language core plans, they can log into up to ten devices that are connected to the same home network, as well as three mobile devices or web browsers outside the home.

Can Fubo Latino subscribers share their password?

Yes, Fubo Latino subscribers can share their password with another device. However, it’s not the same number of simultaneous streams as the English-language plans currently. Right now, Latino plan subscribers can log into two devices at the same time.

Latino plan subscribers can also choose to add the Family Share and/or Unlimited Screens add-ons, which the English-language plans offer for free. With these add-ons, Latino plans include up to ten simultaneous screens in home, and three mobile devices or web browsers outside.

Can you share your Fubo password outside of your home?

Yes, every Fubo user can share their password outside the home, but only for mobile devices and web browsers.

You might be able to log into another smart TV or connected TV devices, but it doesn’t make sense to share your password. That’s because if your home TV and a TV outside your home tries to stream at the same time, an error message will appear on the screen.

If you still want to watch Fubo on your TV outside the main account holder’s phone, some users report that you can simply mirror your mobile device’s screen via AirPlay or Chromecast. In this case, both the mobile device and AirPlay/Chromecast must be connected to the same network.

Can you share your Fubo password with someone out of state?

Yes. As previously mentioned, Fubo subscribers can share their account outside the home, provided that it’s streaming through a mobile device or a web browser in the United States.

Note: Doing this may affect the local channels available. Your local channels will reflect the state that device is streaming in, which means those travelling out of state might lose access to their hometown local channels.

How do I add another device to my account?

All you have to do is open the Fubo website or app on your intended device and log in using your credentials.

Which Fubo plan should account sharers get?

For those planning to share accounts with someone else, good news. All Fubo plans allow for at least two simultaneous streams. Currently, all Fubo plans have a discount between $10 to $30 for the first month.

If you’re looking for your local NBA, NHL, and MLB game, you can pick the Fubo Pro base tier. This is Fubo’s core plan, normally costing $73.99.

Want more 4K channels? Check out Fubo Elite. You get everything from the Fubo Pro plan, plus 60+ sports and news channels that you can enjoy, including 4K sports channels. Fubo Elite costs $83.99/month.

Only looking for sports and news channels? Fubo’s Sports + News plan allows you to enjoy the Fubo platform without having to pay for non-sports or news channels. Fubo’s cheapest English-language base plan is $55.99/month, or $167.97 for three months.

Want only the Spanish-language channels? Fubo Latino is $14.99/month, or $34.99/three months.

Which channels do you actually get?

All English-language Fubo plans have your local ABC, CBS, and Fox channels, as well as access to ESPN Unlimited.

Fubo Pro is Fubo’s core plan, having a well-rounded selection of 200+ sports, entertainment, lifestyle, and news channels.

Fubo Deluxe has everything Elite offers, plus three key add-ons: Sports Plus with NFL RedZone for football fans, International Sports Plus for international sports leagues, and access to MGM+ for more entertainment.

Fubo Sports + News has full experience of the platform, however, it’s pared down to the essential thirty sports and news channels.

Fubo Latino completely comprises all the 50+ Spanish-language channels available on Fubo.

Do all Fubo plans have a free trial?

Yes, Fubo offers a free trial for five days on all plans. For the first five days, new users can try Fubo for free without charge.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your Fubo plan at any time. Once you cancel your plan, you still have access until the end of your billing period. However, if you do cancel and try to re-apply, any discounts applied to your first month might not be available anymore, being a discount for new subscribers.
