Vice on Sling TV Orange

Sling TV is a popular live TV streaming service known best for its two plans. Both plans include Vice channel in their line-up, but if you choose Orange, you get channels owned by Disney like ESPN, Freeform, and of course, Disney Channel. You can also customize your plan by picking from a number of add-ons and premium channels that Sling offers.

Sling has many packages, but only Orange and Orange+Blue include ESPN. What's more, only the Orange plan is currently eligible for 'Pass' purchase. If you want to get ESPN only for a day, 3 days, or a week, this is the only plan that will allow you to do that. I find myself using the pass a few times in the year, especially in off-season when I cancel most of my live TV subscriptions.

Once you're subscribed, finding ESPN is quick. Since it is a main offering, ESPN will likely have a tile on the homepage, but you don't see that, you can search for it quite easily. Here, I am on a laptop, but the same applies for smart TV and streaming stick apps.

Vice on Hulu with Live TV

Out of all the streamers on the list, Hulu with Live TV would be the most expensive. However, the plan comes with all of Hulu's on-demand content and a hundred channels, including Vice. If you already have Hulu, it's a no brainer to add live TV this way.

This newcomer to cord-cutting quietly launched in April 2024. It's about 85 channels for $45, without any additional fees like a local channels surcharge, because there are simply no local channels. What you won't find either are sports channels. And some of the channels are Spectrum channels like Spectrum Originals and Spectrum News.
