At the moment, new subscribers on the Entertainment, Choice, or Ultimate packages get three months of Paramount+ Premium included, alongside HBO Max, Starz, Cinemax, and MGM+. After that the add-on bills at its regular $13.99/month on top of your base package, which starts at $84.99/month for Entertainment.
