Despite the tumor-shrinking medical miracle that has bought her a few years, Hazel has never been anything but terminal, her final chapter inscribed upon diagnosis. But when a patient named Augustus Waters suddenly appears at Cancer Kid Support Group, Hazel's story is about to be completely rewritten.

What the critics said

Notable Critics

"The film dodges most of the pitfalls of clichd cancer dramas with humor and natural warmth."

— Bruce Diones

"Try as you might, there's not a single damn thing you can do about The Fault in Our Stars. It's here. It exists. Suck up the saccharine, let it into your heart, and deal with it."

— Chris Blohm
