If you do, you're in luck: you're eligible for a 3-month extended free trial. The offer is limited to one PlayStation device, one account of PlayStation Network, and one Apple ID. You'll also have to download the AppleTV+ app on your console to redeem and start enjoying the discount. 

The deal is set to expire after January 31, 2024.
