More on the streaming services featured in this list
DIRECTV: DirecTV is a Live TV streaming platform with a twist: you can download the app on any of your existing devices, or if you choose, you can get a "Gemini Air" box with a custom remote control for the service. But without the box, DirecTV functions like a Netflix or Hulu, allowing you to stream Live TV from anywhere by downloading the app. Within your home, you can stream on up to 20 devices (!), and from outside your home you can stream on up to three devices.
Hulu with Live TV: In 2020, Hulu updated their interface to a much neater version, allowing for one of the easiest and most intuitive Live navigation systems around.
DirecTV MySports Skinny bundle: The "MySports" package from DirecTV is the cheapest way to combine ESPN, ESPN+, Fox Sports, ABC, TNT, and NBC. It's the sports bundle that we could have only dreamed of in the past, especially considering that DirecTV is widely considered to have the best picture quality out of every cord-cutting service.
YouTube TV Sports Plan: Given its history in video hosting, it makes sense that YouTube TV has the edge when it comes to having an intuitive interface. Features like the multi-view option helps sports fan catch up on multiple games at once, and the unlimited DVR helps them save what they've missed. You can also combine this plan with the NFL Sunday Ticket, which YouTube TV has exclusive rights to. This Sports Plan also has regional NBC sports networks, something that DirecTV lacks.
Youtube TV Sports + News Plan: Through YouTube TV's Sports + News Plan, subscribers can watch their favorite team's matches alongside any weather forecasts, breaking news, and business developments via the multi-view option. Unlimited DVR can help users catch up to what they've missed. Still not enough? Users can even add on the NFL Sunday Ticket and other premium subscriptions all in one place.
YouTube TV Sports + News + Entertainment Plan: While cord-cutters can always get the original YouTube TV base plan, choosing this one means $5 off the total streaming cost. That $5 saved adds up over time.
YouTube TV: Youtube TV boasts a wide offering of almost every major channel, unlimited DVR, six accounts, and up to three simultaneous streams. It's the perfect option for families. The cost is a little steep, and there are cheaper options out there, but with a great interface (Live TV services are not known to always have the most intuitive interfaces) and wide availability across devices, it's fair to say that you'll get your dollar's worth.
Spectrum TV Choice: Low price: Priced at $53.19, Spectrum TV is good value for money compared to other internet TV services (like, for example, Youtube TV which starts at $64.99).
