The Best Streaming Services for On-Demand & Live TV

Knowing which streaming services to cancel and which to subscribe to can be hard. Here, we have used our database of good movies to share with you a statistic we use internally: which streaming services have the most good movies and shows. At agoodmovietowatch, we only suggest titles that have over 7/10 on IMDb combined with over a 70% or above score on Rotten Tomatoes. Our staff and contributors then watch and vouch for these films and shows.

Beyond this data, if we can give you one recommendation that we live by: never have more than one or two subscriptions at a time. Always rotate subscriptions: cancel old ones and get new ones. Most of us watch one or two new TV shows each month, often on the same platform, so why keep paying hundreds of dollars for platforms that are not being used? Plus, with every new platform you get, you have access to a brand new collection of films and shows that you probably have not watched. Not to mention, many services have a free trial so you could have periods where you are not paying anything. So: avoid accumulating expensive subscriptions, always rotate. You will save (a lot of) money and have (a lot more) choice.
